Since its launch in 2020, GoPlus Security has emerged as one of the most ambitious attempts to build a decentralized, real-time, AI-powered security layer for Web3. As decentralized applications, blockchain adoption, and non-custodial user activity expanded rapidly through 2024–2025, the demand for effective and immediate threat mitigation increased in parallel.
Web3 users today face a unique threat landscape: irreversible transactions, scam campaigns, malicious smart contracts, phishing websites, rug pulls, sophisticated MEV exploitation, and growing cross-chain attack vectors. Unlike Web2, where OS-level security layers such as Windows Defender protect end users, Web3 has no native, automatic, always-on security shield.
GoPlus Security aims to fill this systemic gap by building a unified, modular, decentralized security infrastructure that works across the entire transaction lifecycle and across more than 40 active blockchains.

GoPlus is built on three core layers:
- The Security Data Layer, responsible for collecting, validating, and curating security data.
- The Security Compute Layer, which handles real-time computation, risk classification, simulation, and analysis.
- The SecWare Protocol, which functions as an open marketplace for new modular security engines.
Together, these layers support a broad suite of products: GoPlus Intelligence, the SafeToken Protocol, the GoPlus App, and a decentralized network of developers and operators building advanced detection engines.
In 2025, GoPlus’s relevance increased significantly. API call volume surged to hundreds of millions per month, while new integrations with leading platforms such as Binance, MetaMask, and Trust Wallet expanded its reach to millions of users. The introduction of the $GPS token in January 2025 accelerated the economy of incentives for contributors and enhanced the decentralization of the network.
Today, GoPlus is one of the few networks attempting to provide a real-time, chain-agnostic, decentralized firewall for the entire blockchain ecosystem.
GoPlus Ecosystem, Product Suite, Token Economy, Metrics, and Strategic Roadmap for Web3 Security

The GoPlus ecosystem consists of multiple interconnected components that together deliver a comprehensive, modular security stack. Every part of the network is built around decentralization, real-time computation, developer accessibility, and user protection.
GoPlus Intelligence serves as the network’s intelligence backbone. Its suite of APIs includes token security analysis, phishing detection, malicious address databases, AML and compliance tools, NFT contract assessment, dApp analysis, approval risk detection, and transaction simulation. In 2025, GoPlus Intelligence averaged 717 million monthly Token Security API calls, reaching nearly one billion requests in February 2025. An additional 350 million monthly requests came from transaction simulation and blockchain-level queries.
Its APIs operate across more than 60 blockchains, with a unified request structure for all networks—making it one of the most widely integrated security APIs in Web3.
The SafeToken Protocol provides secure token issuance and liquidity management for developers and project teams. It includes the SafeToken Factory (audited token templates) and the SafeToken Locker (token and liquidity lock solutions). A new price-based unlocking system enables token release only after specific on-chain valuation thresholds are met, aligning incentives between teams and investors.
The GoPlus App, used by more than 125,000 daily active users, offers wallet scanning, risk alerts, SecHub integration, and access to the SecWare marketplace. With over 21 million protected transactions, the app is a growing user-level security companion for everyday Web3 activity.

The SecWare ecosystem is a decentralized marketplace where developers can deploy modular security engines (“SecWares”) using Docker containers. Each SecWare provides specialized risk detection—anti-scam, anti-phishing, anti-MEV, and more. Developers stake tokens to deploy SecWares and receive revenue based on actual usage. Operators running SecWare AVS nodes handle secure, distributed computation and are rewarded or penalized according to their performance.
The $GPS token, launched in January 2025, recorded more than $5 billion in spot trading volume and $10 billion in derivatives volume within the year. It peaked in March 2025 with $1.1 billion in spot and $4 billion in derivatives volume. The token is integrated into payments, staking, governance, computation, SecWare deployment, and operator incentives.
As of October 2025, GoPlus generated $4.7 million in total revenue, distributed across:
- $2.5M from the GoPlus App
- $1.7M from the SafeToken Protocol
- The remainder from Intelligence products and ecosystem services
Additional ecosystem metrics include:
- 301,223 daily active addresses
- 70,335 SecHubs created
- 8,067 tokens locked using the SafeToken Locker
- $52.5M TVL locked
- 37 active AVS operators
- 40+ supported chains
Looking ahead, GoPlus plans to deepen its role as a core security infrastructure provider for Web3. Key development pathways include sequencer-level risk control for L2 ecosystems, expansion of cross-chain integrations, AI-enhanced detection engines, and the launch of a Governance Portal enabling token-holder participation. Compliance upgrades aligned with frameworks such as the EU MiCAR will support institutional adoption, while advancements in modular security engines aim to expand the SecWare economy.
GoPlus’s long-term vision is to build the most comprehensive, real-time, decentralized security layer across all of Web3—reducing user risk, enabling safer dApp development, and supporting transparent, trustworthy blockchain adoption on a global scale.
